2020 Chamber Fall Festival
Join us for the 2020 Butts County Chamber of Commerce Fall Festival on October 24, 2020! The festival will contain various vendors (art, retail, organizations, food, etc.). There will also be various performances by local groups along with a live band performance as the night rolls on.
Vendor registrations will be reviewed and approved/denied on a first come, first served basis. Please see vendor provisions below for both food and non-food vendors.
***Stay tuned for updates due to COVID-19. Vendors may reserve their space but will not be asked to pay until after 10/1/2020 once the Chamber of Commerce has the opportunity to evaluate the COVID-19 situation at that time***
Vendor Provisions: The vendor agrees to provide his own weighted canopy, tables, chairs, products, displays, outdoor electrical extensions cords, etc., which must fit within the allocated 10'x10' area. Canopies must be constructed of materials to withstand inclement weather conditions, and all tent legs adequately weighted down, as vendor spaces will be on asphalt/concrete. No stakes may be used to anchor to the concrete or asphalt. The vendor is solely responsible for any and all damage(s) caused by their canopies, chairs, tables, equipment, etc. If power is needed, the vendor may pay an additional $25 fee per vendor space. VENDOR MUST PROVIDE EXTENSION CORDS TO ACCESS POWER (50' or greater recommended). The vendor may opt to bring a quiet generator (at his or her own expense). If your generator, however, is deemed to be disruptive or hazardous to others by any Chamber of Commerce or City of Jackson official, you must agree to discontinue its use.
Arts/Crafts/Entertainment Vendors: No flea market items are allowed (no exceptions). Items for sale should be hand-crafted or home-grown to qualify and you must provide a detailed list of items to be advertised/sold prior to vendor space approval.
Promotional Vendors: Exhibitors may provide information about their service or organization. No selling of goods and no receiving of money in any way is permitted at the festival. Any raffles must be listed on the application and no money can be charged for a raffle ticket or give-away without prior approval from the Butts County Chamber of Commerce. Any community business exhibitor receiving any unapproved monies will be disqualified from future festivals. PLEASE NOTIFY THE CHAMBER OF ANY INTENTIONS PRIOR TO SIGNING UP AS A VENDOR. Community business exhibitors can give away water or other items free of charge. You may also collect information from potential customers.
Food Vendors: Once accepted, all food vendors must review the "Food Safety at Non-Profit Temporary Events" pamphlet, which will be forwarded to you with any other necessary paperwork. Please note that the Chamber of Commerce, at ANY TIME, reserves the right to require additional safety measures for Food Vendors to remain serving food during the event. Our patrons safety is our top priority.
***Once a vendor is approved, they will receive a vendor packet outlining the rules of the event. Please hold any questions until the packet is reviewed thoroughly***
